Good gravy life has been hectic! I really had the intention to post on my blog every day, but it was enough if I managed to brushed my teeth (and I admit... didn't always happen). I have kept up fairly well with Facebook. I'm sorry dear blogspot - I promise not to leave you like that again.

Sunday Sleepiness Settles In

The best pictures I took today were with someone elses camera. Hopefully they'll send them to me. It was my Great-Aunt's memorial and I didn't want to bring my gear.... Of course as soon as I got there - I wished I'd had it with me. So - boring flower instead. I am taking a picture every day. I just don't manage to make it to the blog.

All Board Retreats Should be Like This!

I'm on the board of Acoustic Sound. Being "on the board" sounds so stuffy (and grown up!), but it's just the opposite. We spent the weekend envisioning the future of an amazing music festival. I'm really blessed to have the chance to work with such dedicated, talented and fun people. This picture captures the energy.

And did I mention they play music, make incredible food (freshly dug clams, yum!) and have access to the best wine in the state? I'm not kidding.... all board retreats should be like this.

I Have a Really Cool Job. Sometimes I just need to walk around and be completely grateful for the life I've been given. How many people get to see Jaguars on a regular basis? I do... and that's cool.

Monday Hope

Hope is "to look forward to with desire and reasonable confidence." That about sums up how I am today. The offer was accepted, the papers are signed... now I just need a glowing inspection.

There's something about dragonflies that are magical. It seems right for this picture to be my choice today.

I Have the Cutest Real Estate Agent

Sam drove out to see me so I could put an offer on a house. She looked so darn cute, I just had to take her picture. I'm trying my best not to become attached to the house. Some emotion, good. Crazy emotion, bad.

Yesterday my dog fell into a pond, with green scum. He's graceful like that. So now, not only is he bad... he is also stinky (well more stinky than usual).
