Layers of Frustration

I don't know photoshop well enough and it's making me crazy. I'm trying to expand my norm and create layers. Here's my first attempt.

Catching up with Creativity

I think this sweater is too small for any baby, but here it is - for Sara. She doesn't know if she's having a boy or girl, but since I've known her she's talked about Bella. So I made a pink sweater for little Bella (or her stuffed bear). Blue sweater forthcoming, just in case.

Photo shoot with Liz

Fun day with Liz experimenting with f-stops and apperatures. She's a great photographer and subject. There were a lot of great shots, but this one is my favorite. I'm not near my photoshop -strait up image.

Wing Eating Contest - Steve Wins!

55 wings. I'm waiting for the aftermath. Damn good in the moment. Not quite sure how this fits in the creativity category except for the fact that I cooked some of these. I took a bunch of photos of Liz - that was the real creative force of the day. Will post tomorrow when I can look at them all.

I Love Martini Fridays

God bless Lisa G & Gallio. Martini Friday couldn't have come sooner. This is my favorite photo of the evening. John and his girl. Good people.

Living Creatively - Day 2

When I started thinking about this process I thought it would be about 365 days of photographs. I realized this morning that so much of my life is creative. My job, my space, the things I make. So I'm including my "arm warmers". I've made 7 pairs since x-mas. There's such a peacefulness about knitting, plus I like having something to show after all that activity.

So day 2 is about stepping out of the box of what I've considered is creative.
